Coins subject to 20% commission rate with no extra charges for advertisement, rental  of hall, or staff. 3. Coins must be received 45 days prior to auction in order to do listing and  advertisement.  Subject to space available in scheduled auction. 4. All coins must be sold with NO RESERVES.  5. Payment for consignment is fourteen (14) working days after auction has concluded  and will be paid by check issued from Smith’s Antique and Auction Service’s business  account.  A recap of the consignment will be issued with the check. 6. Auctioneer reserves the right, at HIS DISCRETION, as to what coins are to be sold in  lots and what coins are to be sold individually.
